There is a 1-3 day limit (dealing with auctions) on payments to be made on paypal. If it says "Buyer pays shipping" than you need to contact us and give us an address so we can calculate shipping for you. You have 3 days tops to contact us with your address, and to send the money. Once those days are up and we don't see the money hit with an explanation of what it is for, we will re-submit your item; We will contact you when checks and money orders arrive to let you know we are shipping.
For checks, we have to wait until they clear before we send your item, which is about 3-4 business days at most.
We are willing to ship outside the US, however it may cost you an arm and a leg, and it has to be payed for via Paypal. No other method of payment will be accepted.

I just bid on the auction and won, what do I do?
If you just won the auction, you will receive the item at the price that you won it (Bid price was 45, buy now was 50...Your last bid on it is 47). We accept the listed payment mentioned in the auction. If payment is received, we Normally ship it a day later. But like it says below, we will not deal with "Dilly-dalliers" and we will consider your auction item forfeit after those days are up and payment hasn't been received. It is up to you to contact us to ask for any information!
I used the "buy Now" feature, any things I should know?
When you use the option, we hope to receive a payment within 1-3 days through paypal if possible after purchase before we forfeit your item and re-list it. We only offer holds ( 2 days max) to people under pay period circumstances(i.e you used the feature 2 days before pay day). Money orders and Checks must be sent out after day of purchase before we ship the item to you. Checks will take one business week to clear before shipping.
Use the Buy now feature at your own risk. If we do not receive payment after those days, then we consider the item of purchase forfeit.
Paypal tax?
When sending payment though paypal there will be a 4% tax on it unless you put the thing as "debt owed". Multiply the total of your purchase by 0.04 and add 40 cents per dollar (round up to the nearest cent).
What about shipping?
Any items that have a shipping total of $5 or less will be free. Other than that, you'll have to pay shipping. We will offer a "Free shipping" offer sometimes with Furbuy and furbid if the "buy now" feature was used. Again if it says you pay shipping and it is not factored in (stated such) than you need to contact us with your address so we can calculate shipping for you.
When will my package get here?
Once it is sent off, it is in the hands of UPS or USPS. We shall give you a tracking number via e-mail to track your package when such service is available. It depends on your location, the season, and the mail carriers. On the east coast, it normally takes up to 2 to 4 days to reach it's destination. For the Midwest and the West coast, it takes up to a week to reach it's destination. Overseas may vary. If you can't wait, we can arrange to have it expressed shipped, but higher shipping charges will apply.
I do not want it, can I get a Refund?
All items purchased are non-refundable, but we do give you a 1 year warranty on fursuit items. If anything goes wrong and it is the fault of the maker (With pictures), we will fix it for free. Other than that, all purchases are final. We will give a description of the product along with a picture once it is finished if it is a commission Ladder auction.
I do not have the money to bid on it now, will you guys hold it for me?
No, we will not take off bid items and hold it for you. It is unfair to the other bidders and potential buyers.
Do you guys ship internationally?
Yes we do, but you will need to search for a currency exchanger in order to configure the prices from your current currency to USD.

DEADLINES: For suits and other pieces needed for a deadline, you must pay 3-5 months in advance. Any earlier than that and we cannot assure that you'll have your costume in time.
Could you put my half payment on hold for a Month?
When it comes time to pay up the second half of the payment, you need to let us know if something drastic and unexpected has come up putting your finances in a crunch. Let us know what is going on, and yes we need to know why you cannot pay. On a case by case basis we may be willing to, for up to a month, hold a piece/commission once it is finished. If something happens, and you do not get in contact with us for more than 2 months, your stuff is going to show up on Furbuy. This isn't an excuse to dilly day, or commission something when you don't really have the full money. If we find people are taking advantage of this kindness, we might eliminate the offer all-together. So think of others before abusing this.
I want to alter my suit for *insert reasons here*, may I do that?
If you alter it, feel free to do so, but it nulls your warranty.
I changed my mind, can I have my deposit back?
The answer is no. As has been stated before, that first deposit is non-refundable. We order the supplies once the money is comes in. We are not going to be held liable for that cost because you changed your mind. So please, think about whether or not you really want a costume, or a piece before commissioning us, or anyone else for that matter. If you are not really certain about it, you are just going to end up wasting time, and your money when you find yourself no longer wanting the piece.
In order to commission you, how much I should pay for the Deposit?
For Orders Under $100, we suggest paying the whole amount. Orders that are over $400 can be done in half or in 1/4 payment installations. We will send the product once the remaining payment has been received plus shipping.
If something goes wrong, will you guys fix it?
If it is a severe Costume Malfunction on our part, we will fix it for free*.
*pictures must be sent in to show us what went wrong with the costume piece.
I like the costume in your gallery, can you Duplicate it?
Sorry, but all costumes and costume pieces are OOAK (One of a Kind). We cannot duplicate it due to the character belonging to another and we do not duplicate copyright characters (Such as Lucario or Pikachu).
However, we make exceptions for SL Avatar based fursuits, but we cannot make it look like the Avatar 100%.
I do not have any art, but can you work with just a description?
Unfortunately it is more difficult to get the character to the way you would like it if we work from a plain description. There are other artists on DA and FA who are willing to make concept art of your char. A drawn image is better than just plain words. So for the most part the answer is going to be, NO.
Do you guys use real fur or animal stuff?
No, we do not use real fur but for some parts of the costume, either the pawpads, lips of the head, or around the eyes we may use leather. If the idea of leather being used on the costume makes you uncomfortable tell us, and we can switch and use a synthetic.
How do I make a Duck Tape Dummy?
You can find a decent tutorial here.
You will need a pair of hands to help you out for this, and we only need the torso, arms and half of the Thigh to make the Torso shirt.
I have a costume commissioned? Now what?
When a costume is in the process of being made for you, it is very essential that we can easily get a hold of you. If problems or questions arise we need to contact you ASAP. So make sure you check the email you provide for us constantly and answer quickly when we contact you. Also if you find during the time the costume is being made that you are going to be going off, and won't have access to the internet let us know.
Will you make suits for use of a transaction in the personal sector?
The answer to that question is "NO". Our partials and our half-suits are made strictly for public uses, such as volunteering, going to a convention, going to a fur-suit friendly meet, ect. If you seek to get a suit to use behind closed doors (some of you will know what this means), please go somewhere else. There are suit makers who cater to that, we are not one of them.
Allergy information: The costumes are created in a home that has cats. The cats do not have access to the room where the costumes are made but the chance exists that their dander can still end up on a costume. So if you are badly allergic to cats you should not commission us. Also, if you have a latex allergy let us know so we can avoid using it as a material in making the costume.
